Digital Marketing Specialist

The role:You will be working closely with the Renewable Sales team and other relevant teams to create and execute marketing initiatives promoting our renewable products. If you're a self-starter passionate about renewable energy and seeking a diverse role, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Marketing Campaigns – Develop and implement communication campaigns, press releases and updates related to new product launches
• Sales Enablement – Collaborate with BDMs and team leaders to create collateral and effectively sell renewable loan products
• Vendor Engagement – Create and execute campaigns across digital, print or experiential channels to engage and retain new and existing solar vendors.
• Performance Analysis - Partner with operations and data teams to monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as engagement rates and customer feedback. Provide data-driven recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of product marketing
• Product Strategy - Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to understand renewable product features, benefits, and target audience. Contribute insights to the development of product strategy as needed

• Experience in a strategic campaign management role, whether in B2B or direct-to-consumer environments
• Hands-on experience in delivering effective email marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of best practices in delivery, reporting, and optimization
• Essential HTML coding experience to adjust existing templates. Experience with Adobe Suite is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong technical proficiency in marketing platforms, such as ActiveCampaign or similar (e.g., Braze, Iterable, customer.io)
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate strategic recommendations and performance strategies to key stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management abilities to ensure the reliable delivery of campaigns
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of tasks
