Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Super (Depending on experience)

Location: Wollongong, NSW

Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in overseeing and implementing Digital marketing strategies. You will be working closely with the Account Manager and relevant teams to execute Digital marketing campaigns for a range of clientele.

Role Overview:

SEO/SEM Campaigns:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis for effective SEO implementation.
• Optimise website content and structure for search engine visibility.
• Plan and execute targeted SEM campaigns to increase online visibility and drive traffic.

Email Marketing:

• Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices to ensure email campaign success.

Social Media Campaigns:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms.
• Create and curate high-quality content to enhance brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyse Digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Generate insightful reports to showcase campaign effectiveness and propose optimizations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align Digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, web designers and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in Digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email, and SEO/SEM.
• In-depth knowledge of Digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. (WordPress, Salesforce, Analytical Software)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
