We are looking for a creative, organised and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team. Working out of our Abbotsford, Melbourne HQ, this role will service the entire national portfolio of venues, as well as the master Kickon Group brand. This role is perfect for an experienced coordinator looking to apply their skillset to a range of projects and campaigns.

The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, and working alongside the group Marketing & PR Manager, this role will be responsible for the management of all Digital Marketing platforms, assets & advertising campaigns for our venues.
Alongside day-to-day upkeep of venue digital touchpoints to ensure all venues are presented at their best, this role will be responsible for executing successful advertising campaigns as briefed in by venue Marketing Managers.
The successful candidate will be well skilled in: Wordpress, Social Media Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.), Google Advertising, SEO & eDM Platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Gain an intimate understanding of our venues, the markets they operate in, our target customer base, and the teams that operate them.
- Take briefs from venue Marketing Managers and create multi-channel advertising campaigns that fit to budget and achieve KPI's.
- Work with our design agency to create engaging creative for advertising campaigns.
- Create excellent quality copy for all advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all digital listing sites/touchpoints have up to date imagery and information (IE open hours).
- Manage the group websites including: changes to design, updates, plugin/webform management and campaign/promotional landing pages to convert visitors.
- General SEO management across websites.
- Management and updating of email templates in the CRM.
- Brand listening and reposting across all social accounts.
- Ownership and upkeep of all digital platforms used by the marketing team including: Dash, CRM, Clickup.
- Create email signatures for HQ & Sales Teams to assist in marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to KPI's, as well as market trends, customer behaviour and any other key metrics that will assist the Marketing team.
- Ensure all marketing activity is delivered effectively and on time.
What You Bring
- Demonstrable competency across all digital advertising channels.
- A willingness to take risks and try new things.
- High levels of computer competency and social media experience.
- Work well independently, show initiative and solve problems.
- Confident copywriter that uses ChatGPT as an assistant rather than a tool to create copy verbatim.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Clickup & Trello.
- Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple competing priorities, projects and stakeholders.
- A love of Stone & Wood beer (can make exceptions for the right candidate)
