As a recent graduate with unrestricted work rights, above all else you’ll be hungry to learn. As a Performance Assistant you'll be fascinated by Digital Media, and how we can utilise it to best meet our clients objectives.
You will be excited about the industry and keen to start your career. Strong numerical skills and keen problem solving skills will support you to be successful in this role. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is eager to develop through first hand experience.
What will your day to day look like ?
- You will develop an understanding of the principles of Performance Marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic
- Working closely with the Performance team to construct client reporting documents and presentations
- Learning how to undertake back end campaign monitoring to understand performance of specific campaigns, and ultimately taking responsibility for this process
- Using your strong attention to detail to manage financials, budget control, account queries, bookings and other relevant metrics
Skills & experience we’ll be looking for:
- Recent graduate in a Marketing / Communications degree
- Lateral thinking
- Strong numerical & mathematical skills
- Ability to manage a broad scope of tasks and prioritise these
- Someone who values a collaborative work environment but can equally work independently when needed
