What’s the role?
Working within the marketing department, you will be joining an incredibly engaged, passionate and results-driven team.
Optimisation and management of the full suite of Monash IVF Group websites is just one part of your exciting remit. You will also be in charge of project managing a variety of new digital initiatives where you will be required to develop project scope and cost proposals, identify user requirements, assess best practice technical solutions, negotiate contracts with new partners, account management of digital vendors, and manage internal stakeholders particularly with our technology team.

This is a unique role where you will be entrusted to test and learn and bring brave new ideas to the table. You will also:
- Undertake analysis to determine the effectiveness of our websites in driving patient acquisition
- Implement digital initiatives to optimise user experience and improve conversion from visits to goal completion
- Develop Digital Products and services from end to end, including the drafting of project scope and cost proposals, identifying user requirements, assessing best practice technical solutions and project managing digital vendors
- Implement new components of the marketing technology stack including a customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms
- Optimise and manage all the Monash IVF Group websites
Are you the ideal candidate for us?
Ideally you will bring the following:
- Tertiary education in a relevant field or have experience working in a similar role.
- Experience with web design, Digital Product development, and digital analytics
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics) and BI data tools (e.g. QLIK)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- But most importantly, you will be a passionate and energetic self-starter that thrives when working in a dynamic environment.
