The Digital Project Manager will drive one or more projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed constraints. They will lead the development of solution design and converting into tactical execution plans and delivering on that plan. This includes change, risk and issue management and keeping the project on track (schedule) and within budget. The Project Manager will ensure projects are aligned to overall transformation program outcomes, and effectively engage stakeholders, partners and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved and roadblocks cleared. Relationships with internal and external key stakeholders are fundamental to successfully coordinating all aspects of the project(s) across the specific project streams, against key milestones, process complexity, critical dependencies, and deliverables.
As part of an overall program of work they will interact with the Program Director responsible for the delivery of the overall program, and the Program Manager responsible for the program pillar the projects fall under. They should have the ability to manage key stakeholders, act as the project integrator where appropriate, and take responsibility for individual project reporting, scheduling, risks / issues, dependencies, planning, vendor performance / scope. The PM will be responsible for delivery of all aspects of their project/s including management, guidance and mentoring of project resources reporting to them and report up to the Program Manager for the pillar.
Key Responsibilities:
-Projects utilising required project and risk management methodologies, tools, and
scheduling (develop the project schedule, reporting, and related project management
artefacts).
− People - Relationship management with all key stakeholders, providing clear direction
and leadership to project management streams.

− Ensure the implementation of change management initiatives in realising project goals.
− Finance - Manage the operational and capital expenditure of projects within areas of
responsibility and delegated approval. Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going
reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures in conjunction with
the Program Director/Program Manager.
-Develop and present project reports and contribute to the preparation of high quality
and timely outputs for presentation to senior management and client organisations as
required.

Experience:
-7+ years in project delivery style roles.
− Comfortable with a "hands on" and "in the details" approach to all aspects of the project
life cycle
− Experience with working large enterprises and high-profile digital products.
− Experience with both green fields and brown fields projects
− Sound understanding of CMS platforms (preferably Adobe) and migration to the cloud.
− The ability to effectively manage vendors, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
− Experience in managing, developing project budgets and projections and scheduling
resources.
− Excellent written reporting skills - the ability to independently put together complex
reporting documents relating to project budget, delivery etc.
