Direct Care Workers - Aged Care - Sydney

McArthur Aged Care (NSW) is recruiting in the Greater Sydney Region. We require dedicated Direct Care Workers, who have a broad understanding of community care, strong values, commitment and the flexibility to assist people in their own homes. Ideally you will have relevant industry experience in supporting people within the Aged Care sector.

• Personal Care
• Domestic Assistance
• Meal preparation
• Social Support
• Respite Care
• Transport to appointments

Essential Requirements:

• Accredited Certification: Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or higher
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Covid-19 Infection Control Training
• NDIS Workers Orientation module and NDIS Check
• Current Police Check & Working with Children Check
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Car
• Car registration and Insurance
• COVID-19 & Flu certificate

McArthur offers penalty rates, flexible hours, training and development, PPE, ongoing support and an immediate start.

Please note if you do not hold qualifications in Aged Care you will be able to assist our clients with cleaning their homes and unescorted shopping.
