The Centre
Offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this early learning centre in Pascoe Vale South, Victoria caters to 127 places daily. The centre features its indoor and outdoor amenities with plentiful lighting, helping the children enjoy while learning. Their educators are exemplary in designing and planning learning activities and curriculum for every day. Through their Grow Curriculum, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, they focus on left brain logic and right brain creativity. The curriculum is tailored specifically for Nursery, Toddler, and Preschool/Kindergarten children, which fosters holistic growth physically and socially. You will be leading and inspiring a team of passionate and excellent educators committed to provide a nurturing learning environment. The Role

• Evaluating programs through the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Manage the centre's day-to-day operations maintaining its high standards
• Establish strong rapport with the children, families, educators, and local communities
• Inspire and lead a group of educators in establishing and maintaining a positive and fun working environment
• Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
• Create an environment that stimulates children's holistic growth

Role Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters of Education (Early childhood) as recognised by ACECQA
• An experience in Leadership and Management Role
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
• Possesses strong leadership skills
• Valid Working with Children Check
