An exciting opportunity exists for a Director, Corporate Services with strong strategic and operational leadership to join the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service Leadership Team!

About the Role:As the Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership including the development and delivery of critical corporate functions across Metro South Health. You will play a critical role in the development and delivery of key reform strategies aimed at enabling the achievement of critical whole-of-service targets and related Key Performance Indicators, with particular reference to government, Board and Metro South Health priorities.

About You:You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team and contribute to our growth with your passion and expertise in Corporate Services functions in hospital or similar environments with the ability to:

• contribute to the strategic development of health services, through the successful implementation of organisational strategic priorities.
• develop, implement and sustain systems and initiatives that contribute the achievement of organisational objectives, including the provision of accessible, safe, effective, high quality and affordable healthcare to the community.
• ensure resources are strategically planned, allocated and evaluated to meet health service agreements and related financial requirements and targets.
• support and enhance effective engagement with the community, internal and external stakeholders to ensure needs and expectations are appropriately managed and articulated.
