Director - Engineering

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a Brisbane based  Director – Engineering to lead the Australian Technical Development function providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive engineering excellence.   About The Role

Working in direct collaboration with our Senior Leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering initiatives, encompassing Mid and Long term mine planning, statutory JORC and TRS reporting, Projects, Environmental governance and support and Business Improvement. In this role, you will drive change and influence by: Leading the Technical Development Australian functions – Mine Engineering, Studies and Feasibilities, Environment and Business Improvement Lead the strategy and review of large mining contracts  Strategic development of Life of Mine plans, including options analysis and integration into commercial function for asset valuations for all Australian operations Act as Coronado’s nominated representative on the ACARP board (Director position) Delivery of annual 5-year plan for…
