This fantastic, large Centre presents a fantastic opportunity to manage a wonderful team. The outstanding service has an unlimited supply of beautiful resources and additional space. Due to their links to their primary and secondary school, the Centre has a philosophy focused towards education and aims to structure the day to prepare them for school at an early age.
The Opportunity
This is an extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Director to lead this beautiful Independent school service. You will be drawing on your previous experience and passion for the early childhood sector to oversee staffing, daily routines, policy and regulation changes and develop excellent relationships with the parents while ensuring that the centre is providing the highest calibre of care. The Ideal Director
You will be passionate and driven with some experience as a Director service and an excellent track record. You will also present with excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in the daily management of a Centre.
Suitable applicants must have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Assessed equivalent
First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Leadership experience in Early Childhood
