Working for HETI in the Leadership Management Development and Educational Design (LMDED) Portfolio is about more than just a job.
It’s about leading the LMDED Portfolio in the delivery of consistently high-quality education and training services for the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI), with a focus on leadership and people management, business and financial management and talent development for NSW Health.
The role leads the curriculum Development and the delivery of training programs, workshops, and NSW Health Registered Training Organisation courses. The position works closely with the Ministry of Health Executive Director Workforce Planning and Development around key workforce outcomes in the leadership and management space. Additionally, this role will work in partnership with HETI business units, collaborating and contributing expertise on educational and training Development and design on BAU business and special projects.
This role will further work collaboratively with the HETI Executive team to drive the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of education and organisational development activities across HETI. Participating as a member of the HETI Executive Leadership Team, this role will share responsibility for all aspects of the governance of the organisation, including strategic and operational planning, governance, and evaluation of service delivery performance, to support the achievement of objectives.

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking.
