The Role
- Reporting to the CMO and utilising consumer and business data, you will lead a sizeable team focused on the strategic and executional development of Brand;
- You will have significant input in devising and executing creative campaigns that appear in all digital and traditional media;
- Utilise campaign post analysis and other business data to measure your TTL campaign's success;
- Be the chief brand custodian and refine brand guidelines and communicate them throughout the organisation; and
- Collaborate closely with peers in marketing and throughout the business to deliver organisational goals.
The Person
You are a senior consumer marketer with:
- A strong track record in large scale brand development and the mass activation of that brand strategy in the widest possible array of digital and traditional media;
- Experience leading sizeable teams and inspiring them to deliver groundbreaking and highly effective creative executions in what can be a rapidly evolving environment;
- A clear commercial focus that you maintain whilst applying your strong project management skills to execute multiple projects with competing deadlines; and
- A strong, confident, and motivating cross functional leadership style.
