Position Overview:
As the Director of Change Practice, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational change within the organisation and our esteemed clients. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing adoption of new initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a visionary roadmap for the Change Practice, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to internal teams and client organizations on change management initiatives.
- Change Management Strategy:
- Design, implement, and refine change management methodologies and frameworks tailored to meet the unique needs of each project and client.
- Drive the adoption of Change management best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at all levels to assess needs, gain buy-in, and ensure alignment throughout the change process.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement strategies to manage expectations and address concerns proactively.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to equip employees and leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate change successfully.
- Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous development and resilience in the face of Change.
- Change Readiness Assessment:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate organizational readiness for change, identifying potential barriers and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to drive desired outcomes.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Change management professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex change management initiatives within large organizations or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of Change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
