Redstone is seeking a clinical Healthcare professional to join a values-driven provider of aged care and community services.This Facility Manager role will oversee the day-to-day running of this well-aged care facility in Newcastle.
The Role:
- Lead daily operations and clinical care of this fully compliant home
- Work with an experienced and dedicated Care Manager who will provide you with the assistance to fully succeed in this position
- Permanent Monday to Friday position (no weekend work)
- Oversee a welcoming facility with genuine support from both the senior management and clinical teams

- Current AHPRA Registration - Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an aged care facility

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great understanding of aged care legislation
