Form of workA growing national consultancy has expanded into sunny Brisbane, and they are seeking a work-winning associate director or director to join the team.
The Role:Work alongside a small team in Brisbane (with help from Melbourne) and be responsible for developing the brand and growing the team of planners across QLD.Requirements:
- A proven local work winner in the private consultancy space.
- Must be able to bring in a million dollars (annual) once up and running (set KPIs around directorship).
- Strong local knowledge (who's who) within the Brisbane (QLD) market.
- A known personal brand within the planning sector.
- You must have strong leadership and management capabilities
- Fast-paced personality.
- Must be able to take direction from the CEO (and other directors) and implement strategy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to travel down to Melbourne once a month.
- A good/driven attitude.
- A team player (collaborative).
- A supportive team of individuals all driven by the same goal.
- Work for an excellent national brand.
- Competitive salary ($250,000 +).
- Shares (KPIs will be set to achieve this).
