The Novotel & Ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel opening on 1 July 2024.The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, will be located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests will enjoy access to an Elite Fitness Centre including a pool, conference rooms, co working space and three food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct. This will be a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
This is an opportunity to develop and execute the sales strategy and marketing plan for the hotel and take full accountability for business development, digital, loyalty and marketing initiatives required to achieve the goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Establishing the Novotel & ibis Styles brands, and positioning of the hotels within the market.
- Being the mentor and guide to your team and execute innovative strategies whilst working closely with various bodies and partners to gain maximum exposure in this key market.
- Maintaining an effective and innovative Digital Marketing Strategy
- Work with the Director of Revenue to achieve optimum revpar/revenue/yield results for all segments of the business unit
