Meet your team
Sitting within our Practice Management Group, our People Experience (PE) team consists of specialist pillars, including; People Advisory & Operations, Learning and Development, Talent, and Employee Experience & Engagement.
The Director of Performance and Employee Experience is a strategic role, where you will be responsible for a team of at least 2-3 direct reports.
About the role
You will focus on understanding Pitcher Partners cultural ecosystem and contribute to the development of the Employee Experience and engagement strategy, embedding cultural change.
The key objective of this role will be to lead projects in partnership with other critical enabling areas of the business with the purpose of bringing the Pitcher Partners employee value proposition to life.
You will work closely with numerous stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet the needs of the Firm and individual Practice Groups. This includes the General Manager, Communications team, Client Experience team, Operations team, the Partnership, and other relevant members of the Firm.
Key responsibilities

  • Lead the function to continuously improve key activities impacting the employee life cycle and experience;
  • Develop and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives in key focus areas, including Employee Experience and engagement, performance, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, reward, recognition, and benefits;
  • Review and oversee the Firm’s employee feedback model;
  • Lead the identification and development of high Performance and accelerated programs;
  • Collaborate and support on system projects and integration with HRIS; and
  • Working and communicating with all key internal and external stakeholders.

Related tertiary qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline. Postgraduate in Organisational Psychology and LSI accreditation is highly desirable
Time management and adaptability
Strong organisational skills, able to coordinate between people and business needs and cross team cooperation.
Strategic Performer
Build trusted relationships by possessing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
