SalaryTaylorCare Recruitment is proud to partner with a growing SIL NDIS provider in the Central Coast to recruit an experienced Service Manager/Coordinator who will join the team where you will lead a team of staff overseeing SIL homes in the area to make an Impact in the lives of participants in SIL & SDA homes who are impacted by physical and psycho social disability.
Competitive salary package Salary range $95k - $130K + super
Location: Head office is in Wyong Central Coast NSW
Work for a growing SIL NDIS provider in the Central Coast who provide the services to people with physical and psychosocial disability and they are also a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and Disability Services in accommodation, community participation, and services in the central coast.
As the Disability Service Manager/Coordinator, you will oversee service delivery and the implementation of individual client’s NDIS plan. You will have a trauma informed training & approach to working with participants. the interactions and & ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory and funding bodies, Proactively manage and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and other supporting stakeholders.
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing services within the disability sector or similar organisation.
- Ability to understand business and financial drivers of a Disability Service and apply them to a supported independent living model.
- Strong understanding of Trauma informed background and understanding of NDIS - SIL model
- up to date on NDIS safeguarding policies, guidelines, regulations & compliance
- strong stakeholder engagement and networks
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Disability, Allied Health, Nursing, or another related field.
- Able to obtain a clean Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Flexible with travelling between SIL houses in central coast
