The Opportunity
The Disability Services Manager, also known as Everyday Success Manager, is a key member of the Everyday Success Team being responsible for leading and managing a high performing Support Worker team working as part of a centralized business unit to provide an excellent end-to-end client experience. The Everyday Success Manager uses bespoke client assessment, risk, support planning and goal tracking technology to offer a service to clients that demonstrate how Nextt Support Workers work with them to Get More Out of Life whilst being able to recognize the intrinsic value of having a Support Worker team around the client and providing coaching and support to the team to understand the needs, wants and aspirations of clients.
This is a permanent full-time position available to work in a hybrid working model based at our Melbourne CBD office!
About You

• You will have a strong customer experience mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in managing a mobile or remote end-to-end client experience or experience in remote high volume case management in a Virtual/ Telehealth environment.
• 3-5 years' Experience in the Disability Sector
• Excellent knowledge of NDIS
• You will be solutions focused and outcomes oriented
• You will have a continuous improvement team mindset
• You will be system savvy and comfortable with following policies and procedures.
