Your Role:
As the Service Manager at our Slacks Creek Centre, you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the culture of our company and lead a highly skilled and effective team to deliver exceptional support to the members in our care.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, motivate and develop team members to enable them to perform to the best of their ability.
- Be a role model for effective and positive leadership which is ethical, results driven, client centric and future oriented.
- Complete administrative duties inclusive of rostering, timesheet approval, leave management, coordination of vehicle transport service and recruitment.
- Maintain regular and positive contact with the members’ families to ensure continuity of high-quality support and an open line of communication.
- Coordinate with staff, work experience providers, and community partners to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide regular supervision and feedback to team members including effectively managing under-performance or misconduct as required and in accordance with company's policy and NDIS legislation.
- Report to and take leadership from the Operations Manager and Director on a regular basis.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications preferably management or business.
- Proven leadership skills and a proven record of exceptional service delivery.
- Highly developed communication skills and effective interpersonal skills, and sound business acumen.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with individuals with disabilities.
