You'll Enjoy a Variety of Work
Your role will vary from working with our clients helping them with their daily personal needs, to going on an adventure with them, participating in social activities as well as helping clients build skills they are passionate about.
You will be dealing with people with challenging behaviours. You’ll be working alongside psychologists, and behaviour specialists and learning about behaviours and helping to implement strategies.
You will be responsible for demonstrating the brand of our business by facilitating care plans and making a difference in the team and customers' lives.
