About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis with the possibility of a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to people with disabilities in their homes and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing support and care to people with disabilities in their homes and in the community
• Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Supporting clients to participate in social and recreational activities
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and activities
Requirements:
• Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
