We've Got an Exciting Opportunity for an Disability Support Worker with Mental Health experience to support a Female client with daily living tasks such as accessing the community, participating in sessions with allied health and promote independence and encouragement to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Shifts available: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 1pm-5pm.
Your certificates and licenses
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certificate
Desirable Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
