ALC operates as an NDIS provider we currently have opportunities for casual Support Workers across Metro and Regional Victoria. we support many unique individuals with a disability to lead independent lives which will assist engagement within the community and at the same time achieve all their life goals. Responsibilities:
- Effective communication and engagement with participants.
- Outdoor activities: Geelong; Narre Warren; Hampton East; Brunswick Heights; Epping and the surrounding 10-kilometer radius – 3+ hours shifts
- One-on-one assistance, fostering positive relationships, and facilitating skill development.
- Monitor and document client progress, adhering to organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous Disability Support experience preferred.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check; Police Check; Working with Children Check.
- Driver’s license registered and insured car.
- First Aid and CPR training.
- NDIS Orientation and Infection Control Modules.
- Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support desirable.
- Medication administration certificate.
- Commitment to exceptional support and strong communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $26.00 – $44.00 per hour
