About the role
Platform To is seeking motivated and dedicated Disability Support Workers, based within the community. You will develop meaningful relationships with participants by getting to know them and their individual needs, dreams and aspirations. Your mission will be to assist participants in home, build independent skills, empower them to make personal decisions, support them to access and integrate into their local community, achieve their goals, and have fun.

What we are looking for

- Possess emotional intelligence, maturity, sense of humour and willingness to subscribe to the Platform To mission and values;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Willing to commit to a variety of different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Provide accurate and detailed incident reports, case notes and progress reports
- Current NSW driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Relevant qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential
