About the role
We are looking for Support Workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:
- Clear and effective communication skills
- An ability to establish a professional relationship with a participant, health practitioners and their families.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the record management.
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.

Required Attributes
- Must be available for sleep over shifts and active nights.
- At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector.
- Experience in addictions or (drug & alcohol knowledge).
- Dementia training.
- Experience in acquired brain injury.
- Aged care background preferred.

Mandatory requirement
- Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
- Current Driver’s License (mandatory).
Please note that the successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening check and a Working with Children Check.
