About the roles:
Level G6 Discipline Support Analyst role: This position plays a key role in the delivery of clinical and medical science technology operations and support services that support PathWest’s clinical and business processes. The role is responsible for the first line of support to PathWest Pathology Disciplines and ensures a high level of service and support for inbound clinical and laboratory system requests. This role is also responsible to deliver outcomes that drives value for PathWest and the whole of health system in WA by improving the health, wellbeing and safety of our patients and communities, state-wide.
Level G7 Discipline Support Specialist role: This position is responsible and accountable for the delivery of clinical and medical science technology operations and services that support PathWest’s clinical and business processes. The role ensures that clinical systems meet all relevant Policy, Standards, Procedures, Legislative & Compliance requirements to ensure excellence in public Pathology testing in Western Australia. This role is also responsible to deliver outcomes that drives value for PathWest and the whole of health system in WA by improving the health, wellbeing and safety of our patients and communities, state-wide.
