Due to recent growth, we are seeking a meticulous and organised Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our supportive team environment based in Mount Pleasant. Hybrid and flexible work arrangements available. Prior experience in the mining and resources sector preferred.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Liaise with site supervisors and customers regarding quotes and TRF needs
- Raise purchase orders
- Liaise with Cleanaway Fleet for work orders
- Maintain Fleet spreadsheet - entering data related to Pos, TRFs & fleet movement
- Manage TRFs (parts transport to sites) - via Linfox portal or FMG
- Communicate fleet reports and servicing schedules with site supervisors
- Assist the Operations Manager with ensuring fleet meter readings are done weekly
