About the role:

Phytoca is on the hunt for a Dispatch Coordinator (Pick & Pack) to join our growing team. This will be an active, hands-on role handling the day-to-day dispatch of all inbound and outbound orders. As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will be a vital member of the team, helping fulfil orders and deliveries as well as assisting in the ongoing maintenance of compliance documents, and assisting with general warehouse administration. 

This is a full-time opportunity suited to someone passionate about the medical cannabis sector, who is interested in working in a small but growing business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Accurate and efficient picking, packing and dispatch of all orders to a high standard
• Ensuring compliance with handling and security of product
• Maintaining site safety procedures and requirements 
• Ensuring stock is handled and stored in accordance with security, compliance and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Accounting for all orders and maintaining accurate records as per SOPs
• Maintaining the organisation and security of inventory at all times
• Conducting weekly stock takes and performing stock replenishments as required
• Process returns and quarantining of faulty stock as needed in collaboration with Quality team
• Assisting with loading and unloading all incoming and outgoing goods and materials.
• Storing items in accordance with storage requirements and space constraints. 
• Complete relevant quality and compliance checks as required 
• Act as a representative and advocate of the company at all times.
• Ensure warehouse and packing facilities are cleaned and maintained in good condition as per SOPs.
• Carry out all reasonable instructions from your manager and the senior management team, and within your capability
• Assist with day-to-day office/warehouse administration.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• You must be an Australian resident or citizen
• You must have a valid Australian driver's license and a car as this will be required for local deliveries
• You will be required to pass a national police check
• This role will require manual lifting and highly physical tasks
