Are you a Service Administratoror Dispatcher with experience working within the heavy or mobile equipment industry?

We have two Positions Available, operating from the Brooklyn, VIC location.
Dispatcher - Salary $85k - $90k + 11% Super
To be successful, you will be an experienced Dispatcher from the heavy or mobile equipment industry. You will have a proven track record in a previous role, managing a high volume of service scheduling, planned and unplanned repairs and deliveries of large mobile equipment.
You will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to independently prioritise multiple tasks and experience using SAP or similar for scheduling.
Service Administrator - Salary $70K - $75K + 11% Super
To be successful, you will be a Service Administrator with exceptional customer service and time management skills. You will have experience in within the heavy or mobile equipment industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will enjoy a diverse role where no two days are the same. Some of the duties include: Creating Purchase Orders, processing timesheets, developing detailed quotes, processing warranty claims and assisting with finalising service orders.
You must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for these positions.
