They provide a wide range of insurance products and services for individuals, businesses, and institutions. Your new role Working as a Dispute Resolution Specialist you will be;
The first point of customer resolution whilst also ensuring quality and effectiveness to meet GICOP obligations
Resolving customer disputes whilst supporting customer insights, quality assurance and continuous improvement to deliver on our customer experience promises.
Providing critical feedback to the business when issues are identified through complaint analysis
Working closely with Product, Underwriters, and distribution partners.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need;
Experience working within insurance complaints management - specifically with exposure to internal Dispute Resolution schemes (IDR).
The ability to resolve complaints in the most effective and time-efficient manner, whilst complying with all regulatory requirements & internal process standards.
Good judgement and sound problem-solving skills to deal with complex issues requiring investigation
What you'll get in return If you are successful, you will be receiving; A salary of between $80k - $85k + Super + Bonus (Depending on experience)
A role working a minimum of 38hrs a week, working Monday to Friday standard business hours
WFH flexibility - 3 in the office, 2 days from home.
