About the role
As the District Operations Coordinator, you will provide high level support to the District Manager in the management and setting of the strategic direction of the District. This includes review and development of District approaches to business and operational planning. The position is part of the District's management team and will support the District Manager to ensure a service delivery focus with an emphasis on accountability and flexibility of the District's employees. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for operational activities within their delegation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualification in, business or environmental management and/or equivalent experience in similar fields.
- High level experience in analytical problem solving and decision making.
- Experience in leading and managing team performance.
- Experience in provision of expert and technical advice and support.
