Job description

About the Role

As part of the People and Culture Team, the Diversity and Inclusion Officer is responsible for taking the lead on delivering outcomes from our Diversity and Inclusion Plan, including organising training and events, and providing advice on diversity employment. You’ll play an important part of the organisation as a member of a range of committees that drive workplace inclusion including the Reconciliation Working Group.

This is a part time (45hrs p/fortnight), fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2027, with opportunity for extension and/or permanency. Flexible working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate including hours of work and working from home.

Whilst the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person

We’re looking for a team player who is an effective communicator and influencer, and great at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll have experience in contributing to the development and implementation of diversity plans, and tailoring recruitment processes to target diversity candidates.
