The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution and confiscation services.
The Human Resource Services Branch plays a key role in the development of contemporary, forward focused and innovative organisational and strategic business practices to ensure the organisation has the culture, capability and drive to meet current and future goals.
As part of the small but dynamic Organisation Development (OD) team, the Training and Diversity Inclusion Officer is responsible for coordinating the planning, development, promotion and delivery of the department’s core and non-core corporate Training And development programs And Diversity and inclusion initiatives. It provides administration of and monitors compliance to core training programs, including reporting to managers and other stakeholders.

This recently created role will provide you with the opportunity to work both on the coordination of learning and development programs and contribute and work on key diversity and inclusion projects and initiatives. Your exceptional organisational and planning skills will be essential as will your ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Your experience with and commitment to diversity and inclusion will be highly regarded and if you have experience with the use of Learning Management Systems and e-learning content design even better!

We have 1 permanent full time role available for immediate filling.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool. The pool will operate for a period of twelve months and may be used to fill permanent and fixed-term full time and part time vacancies if they arise and subject to business needs.
