You’ll be inheriting a team of high performing recruiters who have worked very hard to successfully grow and expand the Remote Division.
This role is crucial in driving growth and success within the team and the division, expanding our existing relationships and identifying new areas of opportunity to bring in and win new business.
As a non-billing manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, expanding and managing the performance of your team, ensuring that KPI’s and financial targets are achieved. Working closely with our management team, you’ll live and breathe our company values. You’ll ensure that our standards and practices are upheld, leading with purpose and by example every day.

Who are we looking for?
You’re a people leader in a recruitment agency, or you might be a Senior Recruitment Consultant, with proven success in winning new business and expanding existing accounts, without management experience just yet. As a self-starter and innovative thinker, you have an in-built drive to succeed and want to lead others to do the same.
Sales and hitting targets come naturally to you and you have an entrepreneurial mindset– never shying away from negotiations and the tough stuff. You have exceptional recruitment best practices and you’re able to wear multiple hats with ease. Coming from a background in Healthcare Recruitment is desirable but not essential. Must have full working rights – unfortunately we don’t offer sponsorship!
