Great opportunity for an experienced Document Controller/Expeditor to join our Perth team. You will be responsible for on-time delivery planning, preparation and reviewing expediting documents for status progress updates and ensuring excellent customer service performance.
- Expedite purchase orders, document delivery & execute efficient coordination and on time delivery.
- Expedite sales contracts with suppliers reducing downtime and delays.
- Identify & Solve ongoing supplier/contractor documentation issues.
- Communicate effectively with international and local suppliers, sub-contractors and service providers
- Create and maintain Project tender/Contract files
- Expedite supply of materials documentation and supplier status reports;
- Liaison with Sales and Operations as required to effect timely and accurate supply of materials;
About you
- Demonstrated document control/expediting experience within a similar industry would be advantageous.
- ERP experience such as SAP is desirable.
- Strong experience with project expediting, supply and delivery with a sound understanding of expediting and inspection functions.
- Solid understanding of industry practices and ability to develop expediting plans.
- Demonstrated ability in reading PO, technical specifications and data requirements.
