You'll play a pivotal role in the development, maintenance, and archival of crucial documents, ensuring that our organisational knowledge is not just managed, but optimised for efficiency and compliance.

Your daily duties will include:
- Crafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and documents.
- Assisting in document database management.
- Prioritising new policies and procedures.
- Liaising with MSWA stakeholders for input & feedback.
- Ensure clarity & compliance of document design & formatting
- Coordinating document reviews and updates, ensuing deadlines are met.
- Manage the endorsement & approval process.
- Overseeing digital archiving process, to confirm regulatory requirements are met.
Additionally, as a member of our Quality, Safeguarding & Risk team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of standardised systems and processes that uphold our commitment to excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- An understanding of and familiarity with documentation governance processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in various computer software programs, particularly Microsoft Office suite
While not required, familiarity with disability services legislation, NDIS, and aged care would be considered advantageous.
