A National Tier 2 Building Contractor requires a Document Controller for their Perth office. This innovative, growing, financially strong with zero debt, $500m+ turnover business uses Acconex and has some of the best systems and processes in the industry. Working amongst a happy, energetic, go-getting, collaborative team; we are looking for someone who fits this culture and who wants to make an impact with document control on their building projects which range from $25 – 250m.
The Document Controller duties will include:
- Maintain the document control register and procedures.
- Maintain a correspondence filing system.
- Collate and compile Operations and Maintenance manuals
- Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification and records.
- Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients and the project teams.
- Issue and track location of all documents and drawings.
- Issue transmittal letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation.
- General project administration duties.
Minimum essential requirements for the Document Controller:
- Recent commercial building experience
- Time served working for Building Contractors
- Aconex experience
- 3+ years Document Control experience
- The right to work in Australia
Document Controller salary guide: $75 – 85k + Super
