The Opportunity: Bingo Industries are looking for a Permanent Full-Time walking floor driver who plays a key role with transporting waste material and recycled products to and from our transfer sites to our Bingo recycling centre. Based in Laverton, Victoria.
• Safely operate a walking floor truck
• Transport waste and recycling materials between sites
• Regularly check the vehicle for all safety and other equipment as required
• Perform and record daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Adhere to fatigue management and chain of responsibility requirements
Who You Are:
You enjoy driving near new automatic trucks and have experience operating a walking floor or similar truck.
• Possess a current and valid HC/MC licence
• Must have 12 months minimum solid driving experience we are willing to train the right person/people
• Current and clean driving record
• Have a sound knowledge of the Melbourne metro & surrounding areas
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, trustworthy with a positive GOgetter attitude
• Previous Waste Management Industry highly regarded
