The team are currently looking to hire an Office Administrator to assist with day-to-day business operations based at their Majura headquarters.
The Office Administrator, will be responsible for effectively undertaking a variety of tasks within a busy office environment, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with established policies and procedures.
As a first point of contact for all officed based general enquiries, duties will include but will not be limited to:
General Correspondence: Incoming enquiries via telephone and shared email inboxes.
Office/Administration Tasks: Collection of mail and general errands, Procurement of office related items, General Data Entry across multiple software packages within the HR, Finance and Project departments and any associated filling, Generation and Management of Shared Company Calendars, Preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, agendas and general reporting, assistance with the co-ordination and tracking of training and development opportunities within the company and other duties as required.
