Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail and a great attitude to join our Information Management division as a Driver / Warehouse person.
Full training will be provided to the right candidates, an exciting and varied role where no 2 days are the same!
About The Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Supervisor, your duties will be the following but not limited to:
- Retrievals of boxes, files, tapes, destruction bins and other items designated to you by the Warehouse Supervisor on a daily basis
- Ensuring that work order requirements for delivery/pick-up are validated and scanned to ensure accuracy
- Liaising with the Warehouse Supervisor in regard to any non-compliant boxes, files and tapes.
- Order collection and delivery of client records and information
- Customer service queries
- Maintaining high profile account service delivery
- Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage
- Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests
- Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Minimum Car Licence (MR/HR desirable)
- Warehouse Experience is desirable
- LF licence desirable
- RF scanner experience is desirable
- Must be physically fit and have the ability to lift boxes
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence
- Be hard working and reliable
- Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
- Have good computer literacy skills
- Warehouse and or transport experience an advantage but not essential
- Flexibility with work hours and days
- Work well under pressure and be a good team player
