Duty Manager

This is a full-time role for 5 days and approximately 38 hours per week. Weekend work is a must. 

The Precinct Hotel is searching for a new Duty Manager to join our team!

The Precinct is located in the heart of Swan St, Richmond. We are on the doorstep of Australia’s leading sports and concert venues, we also host live music and DJs on the weekends, and this means we cater to a wide range of customers weekly. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

• Have a friendly and outgoing attitude with a passion for customer service
• Set a high standard and lead by example to provide customers with the best possible product & service
• Be willing to assist in all aspects of the venue in a hands-on capacity
• Have an eye for detail in the presentation of the bar and venue
• Manage, motivate & support casual employees including delegation and supervision of duties
• Be responsible for setting up the venue and closing
• Be willing to work rotating rosters that will include late nights & predominantly weekends.
• Ensure best practice and venue procedures are consistently maintained

 Requirements:

• Victorian RSA
• At least 6 months in a similar role
