Are you ready to be part of this extraordinary journey? We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Customer Service Manager who will lead the charge in delivering unforgettable hospitality experiences. Your role will be pivotal in supervising, motivating, and developing our team, all while championing exceptional customer service.
Collaborating closely with other Customer Service Managers and the Chief Operating Officer, your contributions will shape the continual success of our club and its facilities. Your passion for hospitality, coupled with a keen eye for detail and operational finesse, will be the cornerstone of your success in this role.

🔹 Leading and motivating in a team environment: You are approachable and excel at inspiring and empowering your team to achieve greatness.
🔹 Strong communication skills: You're articulate, persuasive, and adept at conveying ideas effectively.
🔹 Understanding of compliance with relevant legislation: You're knowledgeable about industry regulations and ensure adherence at all times. For yourself a valid RSA/RCG Competency card is a must. First Aid is desirable, or you must be willing to obtain before commencing.
🔹 Immaculate personal presentation and grooming: You understand the importance of professionalism and embody it every day.
🔹 Demonstrated Managerial/Supervisory experience: You have a proven track record of success in overseeing food service, bar, gaming, and/or accommodation operations. Let’s say a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supervisory or Manager role.
🔹 Strong analytical and reporting skills: Reporting and understanding reports will be part of your normal day.
🔹 Effective time management and organisational skills: You will be able to be in 5 places at once and be able to stay on top of your daily tasks but manage challenges along the way.
🔹 High degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality: You handle sensitive information with care and maintain the highest ethical standards from both a customer and employee perspective.
🔹 Availability to work days, nights, and weekends: You're flexible and willing to adapt to the demands of the role. You will join a team of Managers on a rotating roster.
🔹 Conflict resolution skills: You approach challenges with a calm and diplomatic demeanor, finding solutions that benefit all parties involved.
🔹 Computer literacy: You're proficient in using technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity. There are a lot of programs and systems that we use to keep the building running that you will need to learn and use daily.
