The Role
You have management experience with a hands-on work ethic to join our team.
We are looking for a confident leader with strong people skills along with a passion for the delivery of great service.
You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing the customer experience is high.
You are comfortable leading a small sized team and ensuring they are consistently delivering a quality customer service.
Setting the example for your team and driving a strong positive culture
Maintaining cost controls and overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.
The ideal candidate will need to meet the following criteria:
- Min. 2 years management experience.
- A strong focus on maintaining and driving service standards whilst increasing growth and return visitation to the venue.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a hands-on management style
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge
- Have a genuine interest in food, wine, beer and cocktails
- A positive and professional demeanour.
- Manage the day to day running of the venue.
- Oversee and manage daily/weekly/monthly bookings.
- Ability to organise and manage function bookings/enquiries.
- Manage deliveries and ordering of stock.
- Staff management, training, and rostering.
- A valid RSA certificate.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
