The S.A. Pub Group is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Mawson Lakes Hotel.
We are currently looking for an experienced Duty Manager, who holds a current Responsible Person/Gaming Badge. Experience in all hotel operations is essential.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the safe and profitable operation of the venue.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
assisting the Venue Manager to ensure that all departments within the hotel are running efficiently on a day to day basis
ensuring shift changes are effected smoothly and that the necessary communications are clear
working with the Venue Manager to ensure that the venue has:
competent, qualified and trained staff
satisfied customers
Applicants must have:
attention to detail
the appropriate gaming and liquor certification
the ability to multi-task and have a hands on approach, in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication skills
