Position Available
We are looking for experienced Duty Managers to join our team at Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre. Our Duty Managers are fundamental to the safety and enjoyment of our workforce, members and guests. We are looking for someone who has:
- Prior experience in lifeguarding and pool operations
- Experience leading a team of staff on shift
- An inclusive approach to service. Our customer base is diverse and we love what this offers our workforce and want someone that can ensure all our customers feel welcome.
- Can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile.
- This is not a 9 to 5 industry so we do need someone who can work early morning, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current Pool LIfeguard Certificate
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Pool Plant Operations Certificate
- Working with Children Check
