The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Positive leadership.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming, bottle shop and functions.
- Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP essential.
- Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster.
