We operate sit-down and quick service restaurants, cafes, lounges and food-led convenience stores, principally in airports and train stations, with a portfolio of around 550 international, national and local brands. These include our own brands (such as UrbanCrave, which brought the first “street eats” concept to airports in the US and Nippon Ramen, a noodle and dumpling concept in the APAC region) as well as franchise brands (such as M&S, Starbucks and Burger King).
Our SSP Asia Pacific journey started in Thailand over 25 years ago. Since then, we have grown to include Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia, with more than 5,500 colleagues, 150 brands and 300 stores.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Duty Manager to help lead the daily operations of our outlets and to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. As a leader and problem solver, you will guide and support ourdiverse and friendly team, empowering them to reach their full potential.We prefer some kitchen experienceas you might need to assist your QSR teams at times.

Responsibilities
- Proven capacity to lead a large team across a multi-site F&B offering
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Comfortable with labour management practices (rostering in alignment with labour budgets, etc.)
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Culinary experience as an added advantage
What will you need to succeed?
- 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Store/ Unit management role
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one
- Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
- Approved Manager Card Required (desirable but not required)
