Responsibilities:

• Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports to directors.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
• Enforcement of KPIs: Implement and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) across the department to drive performance and meet organizational goals.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of Tax Depreciation Australia, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
